Our processes include the smelting of electrolytic copper in the form of ingots and the smelting of alloys in their various forms. Laminated
Rolling is a volumetric deformation process in which the initial thickness of the material being worked is reduced by the compressive forces exerted by two rollers on the work piece / material. The rollers rotate in opposite directions so that the material flows easily between them, exerting compressive forces when passing between them and shear forces originated by the friction that occurs between the rollers and the metal.

Wire Drawing
This process consists of reducing the diameter of a copper or aluminum wire through a set of dies that have a conical shape (a large entry and a smaller exit) inside. The process, although mechanical at the beginning, must have an additional annealing process where the wire coming out of the last drawing die must be heated to recover its properties. In addition, it is crucial to ensure precise control of temperature and speed in order to obtain optimum drawing results.
